Picnic places in Barcelona!

#Summer is already here, and I have just one recommendation now-enjoy your life and spend more time with friends & family. Good alternative to #beach and sea is to spend weekend in park and to make a #picnic. What your need? blanket( if you want to eat directly at the ground), food and drinks. Good mood and badminton\ball\cards, it is up to you. Where ?

Parc Central de Nou Barris

Huge city park! You can eat at the picnic tables near a wooded area. The afternoon light illuminates quite a romantic scene.

Parc del Nus de la Trinitat

There is a clean picnic area with barbecues, tables and olive trees and more than 60 gardens that are cultivated by the retirees in the area.

Parc del Laberint d’Horta

Beautiful park with laberint, it seems easy to find entrance, it will be perfect game for children.Nearby stone tables provide a handy picnic site. On paying days, last entry is one hour before sunset.

Parc de la Creueta del Coll

It is really extraordinary park with large PUBLIC swimming pool complete with a ‘desert island’ and a sculpture by Eduardo Chillida.

Parc Cervantes

parc cervantes

Parc de Cervantes offers extensive grassy areas which are ideal for #jogging, cycling, gymnastics or just people-watching in the heart of Pedralbes neighbourhood. From the beginning of spring through autumn, more than 10,000 roses fill 4 hectares of one area of the park. And in early May, the garden hosts Barcelona’s International New Rose Competition.

We also recommend: Parc de Joan Miró,Parc de l’Oreneta, Parc de la Ciutadella, Park Güell and parc Montjuic.
